All of the rentals offered by Beach Getaways Management are privately owned and decorated based on each owner's individual taste. All of the beach houses also welcome the High School Graduates or so called June graduates during the month of June. June graduates are asked to sign the High School Graduate agreement that explains the rules and regulations that are enforced during the Beach Week in Ocean City, MD. Group rentals are welcome in some units throughout the year with a signed group rental agreement as well.
Every unit has an off-street parking space (a great deal in Ocean City, MD). Most vacation rentals have access to an outdoor pool and a few of the apartments and town homes offer a picnic area with grills. All vacation rentals are stocked with pillows, blankets and kitchen supplies. Please read carefully if the rental of your choice offers towels and sheets, or you have to bring your own. Please do remember to bring your own supply of paper products, toiletries, and trash bags.
Many condos and townhome rentals will gladly accept pets, as we ourselves are pet lovers and know how valuable it is for the entire family to travel together. All of the vacation rentals that welcome pets are located near the bay and some green areas where you can walk your pet. Once you arrive, please obey local animal control ordinances, be courteous to other Ocean City vacationers and keep your pet on the leash when outside. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the Ocean City beach from May 1 till October 1; however, pets are allowed on the beach at Assateague National Park year round, and we will allow you to leave your pet in the vacation home unattended as long as they are well-behaved pets! Your pet will also love the Ocean City Dog playground located on 94th street.
